Sometimes life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. At other times, things might look fine on the outside, but inside something just doesn’t feel quite right. Counselling offers a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own.

I provide a calm, supportive environment where you can talk openly about what’s going on in your life. Together we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My role isn’t to judge or tell you what to do, but to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you make sense of things in a way that feels meaningful and useful to you.

People come to counselling for many different reasons — managing stress or anxiety, navigating life changes, improving relationships, or simply wanting to understand themselves better. Whatever brings you here, you’re welcome.

Autism and neurodivergence counselling

I also provide counselling for autistic and other neurodivergent people. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, meaning I recognise neurological differences as a natural part of human diversity and aim to create a space where you can feel understood and supported as you are.
