About me
Hello, I’m Sandra
My background
I’m a qualified counsellor with a background in education who values creating a space where people feel safe, heard, and understood. I believe that meaningful change often begins with having the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and talk openly about what’s going on in our lives.
My approach
My approach to counselling is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. Rather than telling you what you should do, I work alongside you to explore your experiences, make sense of difficult emotions, and help you find ways forward that feel right for you.
Who I work with
I work with adults, teenagers, and parents, supporting people through challenges such as stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I also have a particular interest in working with autistic and other neurodivergent people using a neurodiversity-affirming approach.
Counselling with me is a space where you can speak openly, explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, and be met with curiosity, respect, and compassion.
