Fees

I aim to keep fees clear, consistent, and predictable. All counselling services are charged at the same rate, except family counselling

Session Fees

Standard session fee: $80 per session (1 hour). All fees include GST.

This fee applies to:

  • Individual counselling

  • Teen counselling

  • Parenting counselling

  • Family counselling session fee: $150 per session (1.5 hours)

Family counselling sessions involve multiple family members attending together and are charged at a different rate.

Sessions are offered via telehealth or face-to-face.

NDIS Funding

I work with both plan-managed and self-managed NDIS clients.

  • Plan-managed clients: Sessions are invoiced directly to the plan manager. No upfront payment is required from the client.

  • Self-managed clients: Payment is made by the client, who can then claim reimbursement through the NDIS.

Please note that I am not an NDIS-registered provider.

Payment Methods

Telehealth Sessions

For telehealth appointments, payment is required in advance. Once your session is booked, you will receive a secure payment link.

Face-to-Face Sessions

For in-person sessions, payment can be made after the session by cash, card or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attended, will be charged in full.
