Autism and neurodivergence counselling

I offer support that respects neurodiversity, honours your experience, and works with your nervous system , not against it.

I specialise in autism and neurodivergence counselling, grounded in a neurodiversity‑affirming framework. That means I don’t see autism/neurodivergence as something to fix : I work with your strengths, sensory needs, communication style, and lived experience.

My sessions are:

  • neurodiversity affirming

  • flexible as to the mode of communication (such as talking, writing, using visuals, pacing, walking…)

  • sensory aware and trauma informed

  • collaborative, transparent and respectful
