Counselling
A space to think, feel, and work through what's weighing on you.
Counselling is a collaborative process , not advice-giving, but a structured space to understand what's happening for you and find your own way through it, with someone trained to ask the right questions and notice what's underneath.
What sessions look like
Choose the format that feels right for you. You're welcome to stick with one or move between them as your needs change.
Talk Therapy
A seated conversation, available via telehealth or in person. This is traditional counselling ; a dedicated space to make sense of what's going on, notice patterns, and work through it at your own pace, with someone trained to guide the conversation. Available via telehealth or in person
Walk and Talk
Sessions held while walking outdoors instead of sitting across from each other. Being side by side rather than face to face can ease the pressure of eye contact, and movement often loosens up thinking that feels stuck when still. A good option if you find it easier to open up while on the move, or simply prefer being outside. Available in person.
Bibliotherapy
Sessions built around guided reading ; drawing on books and texts chosen for what you're working through, with reflection and discussion happening around them. A good fit if you process best through writing and story, or want something to sit with between conversations. Available via telehealth or in person.
