Cancellation Policy

I value your time and appreciate your commitment to counselling. When you book a session, that time is reserved just for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice – no fee applies.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment – a fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged.

• Missed appointments without notice – the full session fee may apply.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I will always take individual circumstances into consideration.
